The ECHO Australia Conference
The ECHO Australia Conference is presented by The Common Good which is an initiative of © The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, Level 1, Administration Building, 627 Rode Road, Chermside, QLD, 4032, registered Australian charity ABN 34 853 168 302.
Acceptance of delegate bookings will be subject to The Common Good’s approval. The Common Good reserves the right to decline bookings based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold its objectives; or directly competes with The Common Good, partners and/or sponsors.
If permission is given by the delegate or registering person, delegate contact information will be distributed to ECHO Australia, other partners and sponsors.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. All registration payments should be made within 7 days of registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of registration. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Confirmation of bookings and changes
Registrations will be acknowledged via email. The cut-off date for online registration is midnight Tuesday 28 September 2021 AEST. After this date, you must register at the conference on the day provided the conference has not previously sold out.
Cancellations, refunds and unpaid registrations
Cancellations initiated by the delegate must be made in writing to the event organiser – The Common Good. For those who had registered prior to 15 August 2021 (for the original 13-16 October date) a full refund will be available provided it is in writing and received before Monday 7 September 2021. Any cancellations after this date must be received in writing prior to 15 January 2022. A $220.00 administration fee will apply. After this date, no refunds will apply, however substitute dlegates will be welcome.
Full Refunds will only be offered if the event is cancelled or altered due to force majeure.
All information is correct at time of printing. The conference organisers reserve the right to change speakers, events and/or time slots, dates, prices, location and other details as necessary. The organisers reserve the right to charge delegates for the correct amount where the wrong amount of money has been provided.
Completion of the booking form indicates the applicants’ willingness to abide by all terms and conditions and general rules as stated in the T&C’s.
