Photography & Delegate Information
Please be advised that all conference sessions will be photographerd. By registering and/or presenting at the conference you are authorising the conference organisers to use photographs containing your image for marketing purposes which may be distributed to third parties. If permission is given by the delegate or registering person, delegate contact information will be distributed to ECHO and other co-locating conference delegates and sponsors.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. All registration payments should be made within 7 days of registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of registration. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Confirmation of bookings and changes
Registrations will be acknowledged via email. The cut-off date for online registration is midnight Thursday 10 October 2019.
Cancellations, refunds and unpaid registrations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the event organisers. Cancellations received before Tuesday 17 September 2019 AEST will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $220.00. After this date, no refunds will apply, however substitute delegates will be welcome.
All information is correct at time of printing. The conference organisers reserve the right to change speakers, events and/or time slots, dates, prices and other details as necessary. All prices quoted on the registration site include GST. The organisers reserve the right to charge delegates for the correct amount where the wrong amount of money has been provided.
